How long will my order take?

All orders usually get shipped within 2-5 working days. So, you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days. Remote locations might take longer.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped.

 

I'm not sure if my order was confirmed?

As soon as your order is accepted, a confirmation mail is sent to your inbox. It might sometimes get sent to the spam folder. That is to verify that your order is confirmed. If you do not receive it within an hour of placing your order. Kindly reach out to us and help us resolve it for you. 

 

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

Oh snap! We are so sorry to hear this. Please write to us at helloarborliving@gmail.com along with high-res photos of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the product and we will refund/replace the order as per your preference. 

I’m not really happy with my product, what should I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we only offer returns/exchanges if the product is damaged. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please write to us and help us serve you better next time.

 

I want to place a bulk order; can I get a discount?

I want a customised product, can you do that?

I placed an order but now I wish to cancel it, what can I do?

We are so sorry to hear that, but we don’t accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. We hope once it reaches you, you are flooded with love we sent through our products.
