Shipping policy

General:

We ship all orders between 2-5 business days, which means you shall receive your order within a timespan of 7-10 business days Pan India.

Shipping in remote areas might take slightly longer.

We offer free shipping above 999/- INR

 

Shipping method:

We ship our orders through several third-party platforms depending on the location.

You will receive a mail containing the tracking ID and shipment link once your order is dispatched.

 

Wrong or Incomplete address:

Kindly ensure to mention the complete address along with a landmark for the ease of delivery. 

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Missing or Lost packages:

We operate through trusted courier channels to avoid delays and loss. However, if you do not receive your parcel within the time mentioned.

International Shipping: We would love to send out parcels across the globe! But, due to logistical issues, we urge you to contact us prior for international shipment. Kindly write to us on helloarborliving@gmail.com and we'll take it forward from there.
